Sorry to bring up this topic again. I see my friend (the one who signed up using my computer) was frozen. She had just started Subeta, and did nothing wrong. It makes me really sad to see that happen. I filed a ticket explaining everything, so do you think she could get her account back? Or is there no chance of that happening? Again, I'm really sorry I keep asking questions like this, I'm just worried.
I do believe your friend needs to file a ticket, which she is still able to do while frozen.
