There are always questions regarding Gold Accounts, Cash Shop Credits and Cash Shop items, so here is a list of commonly asked questions and answers that should help you with any question you may have.

  • How do I get a Gold Account or Cash Shop items?
    • There are two ways you can get these...

      Cash Shop: Gold Account Medals and Cash Shop items can be bought in the Cash Shop using Cash Shop Credits (CSC).

      Other Users: Often other users will purchase items from the Cash Shop and sell them for sP in their shops or the Trade Center.

  • How do I get CSC?
    • CSC can be purchased with real money from the Cash Shop Buy CSC page using PayPal (Paypal/bank funds transfer, credit/debit card or eCheck), Braintree, and Stripe. We do not accept orders via postal mail.

      CSC can also be purchased from other users in the form of a Credit Gift Card they have bought from the Cash Shop.

  • Can I use a prepaid Visa/MasterCard/etc. card?
    • That will depend on the type of prepaid card you have. PayPal does not accept all types of prepaid cards so you will have to check with the card provider or PayPal to see if the prepaid card you have is accepted by PayPal. Stripe does accept prepaid cards.

  • How will I know when I get my CSC?
    • No matter how you pay, you will get an on-site event informing you when your CSCs have been added to your account.

  • I bought Cash Shop Credits from the Cash Shop using PayPal but I didn`t get them. Why?
    • There can be any number of reasons why you have not received your credits right away. The two most common reasons are lag between PayPal and Subeta, or the payment being held up due to PayPal's payment authorization process.

      If you purchased your CSC using PayPal's instant funds transfer or a credit/debit card and do not receive your Cash Shop Credits within 24 hours, submit a help ticket at the Ticket Center providing the date of purchase and the email address you used for making the purchase. You may be asked to provide additional information as well.

      If you purchased your CSC using PayPal's eCheck service, you will not get your Cash Shop Credits until the eCheck clears your bank and we receive the funds. This can take 5-10 days, not including weekends/holidays, so you'll just need to be patient. It will also tell you this in your PayPal Transaction Details, along with the estimated completion date. If, however, it's been over 10 days and/or it indicates that your eCheck has cleared, submit a help ticket at the Ticket Center for further help.

  • I bought Cash Shop Credits from the Cash Shop using Stripe but I didn`t get them. Why?
    • There can be any number of reasons why you have not received your CSC right away. If you do not receive your CSC within 24 hours, submit a help ticket at the Ticket Center providing the date of purchase and the email address you used for making the purchase. You may be asked to provide additional information as well.

  • Help! My card was declined when trying to buy CSC through Stripe!
    • There can be any number of reasons why your card was declined, however, we do not have any control over credit card denials and we don't have information as to specifically why a credit card is declined. We recommend that you contact your bank or credit card company. They will be able to tell you why your card was declined.

  • What are the benefits of having a Gold Account?
  • Gold Account (GA) users receive the following benefits...
    • No Sponsor Ads - GA users are exempt from seeing sponsor ads on the site.
    • More Shops/Galleries - The total number of shops and galleries you can have is increased from 4 to 6.
    • More Items in Shops/Galleries - The number of unique items you can have in a shop is increased from 2000 to 2500. The number of unique items you can have in a gallery is increased from 7500 to 10000.
    • Shop Autopricer - Autoprice the items in your shop(s) to the lowest price on the site-wide Shop Search. (once per day/per shop)
    • Larger Inventory/Quick Stock List - The number of items you can view in your inventory and shop/gallery Quick Stock feature is increased from 100 to 250.
    • Extra Inventory Locks - The number of items you can lock in your inventory is increased from 5 to 10.
    • Collections Quick Stock - Have the ability to add items directly from your inventory into your collections using the shop Quick Stock feature. (NOTE: This currently works for: Beanbag Collections, Bobblehead Collections, Minion Zoo, Pastry Collections, Plushie Collections, Pumpkin Collections, Tile Collections, Trading Card Collections.)
    • Mass Add To Collections - Ability to move all applicable items from your inventory into the plushie, trading card, beanbag, pumpkin, pastry and tile collections using the gold "Move All To Collection" button located within each collection.
    • More Items on Human Avatar - The number of clothing items you can put on your human avatar is increased from 30 to 45.
    • More Quests - Get 5 more quests for: Quentin, Library, Wizard, Maleria, Cinthia, Cursed, Pete, Sarah, Saggitarius, Carl. Get 10 more quests for Major Drills.
    • Play More Random - Play Random every 1½ hours instead of every 3 hours.
    • Play More Reflection - Play Reflection every 2 hours instead of every 4 hours.
    • Play More Mind Reader - Play Mind Reader 25 times a day instead 20.
    • Battle Quest Opponent Skips - The number of battle opponents you can skip while doing the Battle Quests is increased from 1 to 2.
    • More Battle Coliseum Weapon Sets - The number of weapon sets in your Weapon Armory is increased from 3 to 5.
    • More Battle Coliseum Scroll Sets - The number of scroll sets in your Scroll Library is increased from 3 to 5.
    • Decreased Pet Training Time - Training sessions for your pet at the Training Center is decreased by 15%.
    • Lakeview Resort "All Pets" Check-in - Have the ability to put ALL your pets into the Lakeview Resort at once.
    • Pet Treasure Mass Add - The number of items you can add into a pet Treasure Chest using the Pet Treasure Mass Add feature is increased from 10 to 25.
    • Pet Treasure Chest Slots Mass Transfer - Have access to the Bulk Transfer page to do mass transfers of unused Treasure Chest slots from pet to pet. This also allows you to transfer more than 25 slots at a time like the normal Treasure Chest slot transfer feature.
    • Pet Leash - Add your pet's headshot under your avatar and user information on the forums.
    • Double Vending - Get twice as many vends per day at all the Vending Machines for a total of 500.
    • Extra Gift Box Space - The number of items you can add into gift boxes at the Wrapping Factory is increased from 5 to 10.
    • GA Forum - Get access to a forum that is exclusively for Gold Account users.
    • Beta Tester - Help staff with beta testing new site features.
    • Gold Account Trophy - Get an shiny gold account trophy for your profile!

  • How do I activate my GA?
    • Go to your Inventory, click on the Gold Account Medal, then select the Activate option.

  • My Gold Account didn't activate!
    • While normally they will activate right away, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If after that amount of time you still don't have your GA, submit a help ticket at the Ticket Center for further help. Please include in your ticket the date you activated it.

  • What happens if I activate my GA and I don`t get my trophy?
    • Submit a help ticket at the Ticket Center and a User Admin will add it for you. Please include in your ticket the date you activated it.

  • If I activate my GA in the middle of the month, will I only get until the end of the month, or a whole month worth?
    • No matter what day of the month you activate your GA, you will get a full month of GA time.

  • Can I activate another Gold Account Medal while I currently have an active GA?
    • Yes. If you activate other Gold Account Medal while you still have time remaining on your current GA, it will just add the time to the remaining time on your current GA.

  • Help! My user dashboard says Time left: 0. Will I get in trouble?
    • No. This simply means you have less than 1 day/24 hours until it expires.

  • I have a Gold Account but can`t find my autopricer. Where is it?
    • It is located in your shop options.

  • Don't we get 5 additional pet slots when having a GA, and isn't true you need a GA in order to use any additional purchased pet slots and slots gained from Pet Slot Totems?
    • No. Getting additional pet slots for having a GA was at one time a GA benefit and you used to need to have an active GA in order to use any pets slots gained above the slots you get with a normal account. Pet slots, however, are no longer linked to gold accounts.

  • If I have a Gold Account and the site goes down, will I get the time back?
    • It depends on how long the downtime is. If it's only for a short time, like a day, there will be no GA time compensation. If the downtime is longer than that, GA time compensation will be considered and an announcement will be made in the news of any compensation given. NOTE: Lost GA time compensation/reimbursement is not given for user end issues, e.g., computer/internet issues, vacation, illness, etc.

  • If I have a Gold Account or any items from the Cash Shop and my account gets frozen, can I get a refund?
    • No. If for any reason your account is frozen during your Gold Account period, or after you have purchased CSC or Cash Shop items, you will not be refunded for your purchases.

  • Can I sell Gold Accounts Medals, CSC or Cash Shop items for real money?
  • How often do the Cash Shop items change?
    • New items are added to the Cash Shop frequently and items can remain in the Cash Shop anywhere from a few days, a month, several months and some are permanent. It varies for different items. Changes to the Cash Shop stock is announced in the site News so be sure to check it often!

  • What do you get in the Cash Shop monthly collections?
    • Each monthly collection contains one of several items that are released for only that month, and you are able to choose which item you want.

      NOTE: Prior to the monthly collections there were Donation Presents (i.e., December 2008 Donation Present). If you obtain a previous Donation Present be aware that you will NOT have the option select an item from it. You will randomly be given one of the several items that were released for that month.

  • What do you get in the Lumineve Gift?
    • Lumineve Gifts give three random items previously released in the Donation Presents and Monthly Collections, as well as the current month's Monthly Collection items. They can also give unopened Donation Presents/Monthly Collections as well.

      NOTE: As of Nov 30, 2014 the Lumineve Gift is no longer available from the Cash Shop and has been turned into a Luminaire Gift Chance Machine. The chance machine gives the same items as the Lumineve Gift, but you will only get one item at a time.

  • What do you get in the Gift of Fashions Past?
    • Gift of Fashions Past gives ten random retired Subeautique and Costume Trunk items.

      NOTE: As of Nov 13, 2014 the Gift of Fashions Past is no longer available from the Cash Shop and has been turned into a Gift of Fashions Past Chance Machine. The chance machine gives the same items as the Gift of Fashions Past, but you will only get one item at a time.

  • What do you get in the Mysterious Costume Trunk?
    • The Mysterious Costume Trunks used to contain a variety of individual themed costume trunks. They were retired though and now can only be redeemed for 500CSC.

  • How do I get a Rainbow Donator trophy?
    • You can no longer get the Rainbow Donator trophy. These used to be given to users who donated money to the site without receiving anything in return. We no longer have this feature.

  • Can you still buy personalized custom items?
    • There used to be a time when users could purchase (with real money) a custom item made just for them by a staff artist. These custom items are no longer available though, and will never be back. These items while high in rarity, DO occasionally restock in the Subeta shops. The items have also been changed to no longer include the name of the user who it was originally made for.

  • If a bonus item is given for purchasing a set of items in the Cash Shop, do I get the bonus item with each set I buy?
    • Unless otherwise noted, when a bonus item is given for purchasing a specific set of items from the Cash Shop you will only receive the bonus item for the first set purchased.

  • Cash Shop Credit Purchase Promotions
    • We often run CSC purchase promotions that with each CSC purchase made will give an additional bonus amount of CSC and/or special items that are only available during these promotions. Please be aware though that unless otherwise stated, ONLY CSC purchases made using PayPal/Braintree and Stripe are included in CSC purchase promotions.

  • Cash Shop Refund Policy
    • We occasionally have sales on items sold in the Cash Shop (excluding Custom Wearables and Credit Gift Cards). If you purchase an item from the Cash Shop and the price changes within 10 days of your purchase, you may request a price difference refund by submitting a ticket at the Ticket Center. The price difference refund will be issued in CSC only. This does not include CSC purchases.
