I don't remember a site where you could check books you need to buy, or these you don't have in your gallery or something similar. I was also wondering if there is a beanbag or maybe plushie version of these. Can anyone help? :)

I meant automatically generated site when you just give link to your profile or shop :) but this one is not bad but takes a lot of time to check what I actually have...

I don't know about subetaHQ but SubetaLodge let's you create own checklists where you then can copy the source code from your Shop Page for example in order to tell the system which books you already own.
