How do you get the Bobbleheads exactely?

I know you get them with getting gold accounts, but is it random? Or does it depend on what length you buy or something?

Per item you buy from the Cash Shop (minus the Gift Cards) you get one random bobblehead.

Is it per item, or per purchase? I thought if you buy lots of things at once, you only get one bobblehead.

The Delish sets split into their individual pieces have never given me bobbleheads either. Just saying.

No, that's how it's supposed to be, as far as I know.
