I'm pretty sure I've made every Level 1 scroll at the Secluded Shrine. I thought after you made those, Level 2 scrolls were available to be made. Is this not how it goes?

It is based on how many alchemy points your pet has. Basically 16 intelligence = 1 AP :)

Level 2 scrolls need 5 AP Level 3 scrolls need 10 AP Level 4 scrolls need 15 AP Level 5 scrolls need 20 AP
