Would I be able to make a HA making business and charge sP for the HAs? I would think not, but I just want to make sure. c:

I don't really see how it would be that different than making recolor overlays or profiles/etc using Subeta graphics.

Plus people have HA contests with prizes and/or tip for HA suggestions all the time.
