Any achievements I can get only with the gold account aside from the autoprice your shop one?

As I remember, no. But you get a trophy for having a gold account :)!

Oh and do I have to click somewhere to get it? Or is it only for the people who have purchased the gold account and not for the ones who have recieved a free one?

The first time I got a gold account, I don't think I had to do anything for it.

Unfortunately, I think you do need to purchase it to get the trophy.
