Is there any way to make text go over an image in my forumtext, without just making the text part of the image?

I want to put links in a speech bubble, specifically. Is that possible?

I don't think so, sorry. You'd need to position it with coding I'd assume like you do on profiles, and that's not possible on forumsets since they just use scode.
