How do you make a glacier potion with Bucket of Polar Water? Ping me please ^.^

Besides the Bucket you need an Artificial Prism Chalice from the Millionare Center.

Then you have to combine both items at the Genetech Lab (Dark Side) to create a Glacier Potion. :)
