Yeah, you could use them during the event to try to get a disease, refreshing at Shadowglen until one of its citizens see that you're not really a zombie and bite you :p But Skitter's Mask has a higher chance of that.

The Deep Sea Bathysphere costume trunk, the Shining Blue Orb (female) costume trunk, some monster masks and gloves, some skin colors available from the Tanning Salon, and some Skitters items can all be combined to simulate a credible zombie look.
