did you make sure your hair layer is in front of your background?

it could also be that you had spaces before or after your hex codes.

I go to the closet, remove all the cloths so only the hair layer is left, and it says hairlayer:undefined undefined when i click it, and no preview shows up, then I go back to my HA editor, and my hair is there..
