Dunno. Depends on what characters you want to use. They're the Faerie Ambassadors, so that leaves it wide open. They're also supposed to regulate the populations of faerie creatures in all of Europe and Russia.

Well, Perhaps we can do a modern supernatural fairy rp? With fairies, vampires, wolves and what not all living with humans? Maybe a Fairy Ambassador from America goes over to Europe to talk to them? I dunno :P
