There's two ways to do this.

1 Have them set up a trade with an item that has little or no value. Offer them sP for it.

2 Go to the sP Voucher Exchange and buy vouchers (or buy the vouchers from other users) and send them.

Like said you can either send sP vouchers from here or you could offer on a lot. The problem with the vouchers is that you can only convert 50k into vouchers per day and that 50k is split up into 5 [item=10,000 sP voucher] so it's a pain in the butt to send.
