Hey guys :) I just got the Rotten Rogue RE, but I hadn't been paying attention to my inventory for a while and this is what it said

What was that? Oh no! The Rotten Rogue brushed past and swiped your away!!

Now, does that mean the Rotten Rogue couldn't get anything because it was all locked? DID I DODGE A MAJOR BULLET?!

Yeah you did. XD The RR can't take locked stuff so there was probably nothing else to take.
