What do you use it for, anyway? I would assume it's for Glacier (Glacial?) pets, but you can't actually use the Bucket, so I don't know.

Bucket of Polar Water combine (link) with Artificial Prism Chalice (Millionaire Center item) gives you a Glacier Potion.
