1. is there a way to move items out of your inventory easily? Cause its so time consuming 1 at a time. :|

1. You can use quick stock from your shop. It has options to move items into your wardrobe, vault, shop, etc.

2. You view your wishlist and check the box that says delete. After that scroll to the bottom and hit Organize Wishlist Items.

You can use the Quickstock which can be found in your shop.

As for posting up art, look around the forums, there's an Art Market under Subeta Commerce and Art Discussion under Creative Corner. Not sure if that's what you're after though ._.
