So one of my goals was to get all the girly hair poofs and this is my last "Natural colored" one. I remember seeing it in shops before, but it's not there now. Would there be something that made it go up in price so that it's no longer buyable? How much do you think I should be expecting to pay for it? Thanks for the help!

According to SubetaHQ Girly Black Hair Poof it estimated at 7.5 mil So I'd assume a bit higher than that ? Not entirely sure.

I bought one at around 4 million, and that was a few months ago. I saw another one for sale some time after that which was also around 4-5 million. I'll say just keep searching around the selling boards, you'll eventually find one for a good price! Good luck.
