Yet when I go to select Neigh, I can't. What am I doing wrong exactly? Why can't he be selected?

Nevermind, figured it out.

He may already be in a fight-- go to the stats page, and scroll until you see him. If he's in a fight, it'll say so there.

Yeah, I completely forgot about that. I just didn't remember putting him in a battle at all. xD
