How can I make a pet spectrum...according to shop search there's no such potion and no elixer by that name

You can make a pet spectrum by using a spectrum potion on your pet. :)

I tried searching for a spectrum potion and was told nothing existed by that name...

Are you sure you spelled the name right? When I search for spectrum potion I get a list of spectrum potions in user shops.
