I know you need Compressed and the Viles of Water from the Steele plot, mixed with the variously unusually shaped rocks, and they make some sort of minion. I just dont know how you put them all together D: Ping please.

You have to take them to Ian at Asmodeus Genetech Lab in the Darkside and select/combine them there. :)
