Yesyes. I don't do the Major's quests that much because I can never be bothered clicking to find it. Possibly because I don't know where Major Drills is actually located <.<

If you still dont know, he's at Riverside. :P

But yeah. I didnt even remember him until I randomly checked through my achievement lists and saw that I could do his quests for more achievements lol.
