I just received from Free Shop and I'm wondering if I can use it. Forum search is not working so I found on subetalodge that it's a stat booster, but it has no use option for me, just the blank 'other option' selection.

I think it was recently changed to no longer be a stat booster :(

Stat boosters generally cost more. I think it was recently downgraded only a week or so ago. They should at least make it a food item!
