Perhaps these were forgotten about? Keith specifically stated that everyone would get a Loyalty Box for each year that they had been a member for two years and beyond, but there doesn't seem to be one, nor the accompanying Achievement, for seven year members?

In order to get your yearly loyalty box and the usual accompanying achievement, you have to visit your Site Preferences page. If you've been there and it's still not appearing, I would say this would be a perfect situation to file a ticket.

Hopefully this is just an oversight and it won't be too hard to add higher tiers onto the existing achievement.
