every time i try and use it it says i can't afford it but i have the wiz points. what going on?

I'd like to know too. I'm getting the same message.

Click on the tokens and add them to your currency bank (you can also "quickstock" them by using the wizard exchange), the zapper won't recognize tokens in your inventory anymore.
