To get into the blue building, you need a pet rating of 100+ but I have no idea where the "rate pet" button is?

It means your pet stats (strength, health, level, etc) need to add up to at least 100 :D

That...is a lot easier than getting people to rate your pets at 100 xD Thank you so much!
