Is the bag of minion nip working for the patch this year and does my HA need to be wearing it or can it just be in my inventory to be effective?

Also do you need to wear the hypno-monocle? These hexes are driving me mad >_<

The monocle works great for me. The minion nip, not so much. It's kind of the same luck as last year, actually.. i.e., none. Haha.
