Buh? (High Score Award for Pumpkin Collections?)

is INCONCEIVABLE
I just saw this in my events column of my dashboard:

You receive 10,000 sP for having a highscore in Pumpkin Collections!
When I click on the accompanying link, I'm taken to this page, where I'm apparently in second place.
...I think that's an achievement.
(Seriously, what is the logic to this? We all have the same score. XD )
