Is there a forum that lists all the new and old Fireside items being sold in the Holiday shop, please?

This link should help you out, it's SubetaLodge fit to filter only those things that restock in the Holiday Shop and have "Fireside" in their notes. There might be a few stragglers from years past that aren't properly labeled, but it should be mostly accurate:
