Nope, it's been rejected before because it makes the keeping sP in your till achievements to easy.

Use your vault to store away a set amount of sP, not the till.

No, the shop till achievement is hard for that reason. If you're saving up for it, but need a bit more on hand sP, start a new shop and throw a few items in there.
