I know there are CSS codes for replacing pet images with overlays and things all over the site. Am I able to do the same thing with an NPC image? If so, what would the coding be?

What NPC are you trying to replace? It would depend on if the NPC has a tag that you can use to identify it with.

I can't seem to find a satisfactory way to do anything about her. :( She doesn't have any specific tags, and anything I made up would effect ALL quest NPCs. I just hope TheTeam does a rework of the redraw and comes up with something less creepy. :( I really liked her old artwork.
