It's not hard really, there are lots of recipes online and mine is pretty quick. Sweetened condensed milk and butter in a pot over low heat, stir until combined then add a bag of choccy chips..preferably the semi-sweet and stir until all melted then pour into a buttered 9x9 cake pan..spread out then let cool then put in the fridge for a couple of hours or so.

However if you want to add extracts to it then wait until you take the pot off the heat first else the mixture becomes grainy.

Never made homemade fudge. Sounds yummy though

Yay.just made some home made fudge and is setting up in the fridge. Can hardly wait to see how it turned out as I made it with sweetened condensed coconut milk and stirred in some crushed peppermint candies too.
