Troll Colors - Some time ago I tried to move forward with using this pet's art as an overlay and it was denied for being "humanoid". This is original art created for me and my pet. So here I am wanting to get a quad overlay piece done with ideally a few similarities to the above image (like the belly button charm, smiley chain, etc. could be nice to incorporate).

I can change the pet into whatever species/color in the long term but these kinda stood out for me as possibly good bases but I am certainly completely open to any other ideas or suggestions. I am also not opposed to something more basic like a smiley blob or blob lava lamp or something lol. or I think it could be fun to incorporate colors from the profile into the piece but it's up to you. hi! Yes, I'd love to give this a shot! man, i can't believe they denied the original, it's so much fun! I guess it all boils down to if you want it to look as close as possible to the original or you want something that represents him. I think the chai version would be great if you want it look like the doll. It's already got a great base for it! ^.^ If you want something that's just kinda like, his vibe, than there are SO many options! Pretty much anything! I see the lava lamps in his tc and the blob so that would be a cool lil nod there. I got home really late tonight so I'm going to brainstorm on this a little more tomorrow when i'm more awake and check out more of the options ^.^

I know ;.;. Honestly the more I think about it, the more I don't care if it's all that similar at-all but a couple nods to the art piece could be cool. I do think the lava lamp idea could be very fun as well. I'm really open regardless and ofc I'd rather you have some fun with whatever you want to create.

okay so I wanted to go over some options before starting. EDIT: lmao i had some time so i made a quick fun lil mockup of a lava lamp blob version. I can change anything but wanted to kinda see what it might look like!

For colors I was thinking the same green as the hair with rainbow touches. what do you think? I found a >bunch< of pets that would be fun to change into Troll if you were still on the fence about species. I figure no matter what is picked the spikey hair and tongue sticking out would be fun to let ya know he's a punk xD maybe even some charms or keychain type extras. And I also went through and grabbed a couple blobs that would be good to turn into a lava lamp. I'd probably just do whatever is closest to the colors you want. Could do the spikey hair on top and add gems to the lamp.

Kermit is a grey Italian greyhound dog with white patches of fur. He is holding a bar of green soap in that tie-dye reference pic. Can you please incorporate the soap in the overlay? Pose is up to you! 😊

I uploaded an image I drew of my real life turtle, Callie, that I want to use on my Chelon who is named after him...however, it is has been a bit over a week to a week and a half, and the image has not been reviewed. How long does it normally take for that process? I do not want to bother staff if I do not have to, I know they are super busy with everything else. I am just new to this process. If you think I should ask staff, I will.

I think the custom overlay queue is taking a little longer than normal since the site has been glitchy. In the past, it took about one week to review. I'd probably write a ticket once it hits two weeks, if you haven't heard from anyone.
