but yeah, it's not stinky or fishy or rotten smelling/tasting to me. tbh i have noticed the kinda cheesey notes before, but this ice cream doesnt taste cheesey to me. (it does to Doodles though)

just a smooth, custardy kinda quality.

durian is really sweet, floral, & custardy to me. distinctly tropical, very smooth, but with a strong caramelised onion/onion jam flavour blended in. it DOES depend on the variety of durian, but i live in the US so my access is limited & idk which varieties i've actually had.

And gremlin, yes! A very recent change, I think.

To me durian tastes like very, very sweet blue cheese. Like if blue cheese could be candied.
