Resolved a frequent error that was preventing the item availability cache from updating properly after completing quests. This was causing stale data in the quest selection system, which could potentially show items as available when they weren't. The cache now updates correctly every time you complete a quest.

Nope, I was wrong. Still getting the issue with the quest saying something is in stock, but it's not in the kumos NPC shop after all. https://kumos.subeta.net/shops/21/8373?search=Buttwings for example.
