Frozen accounts drop out of the rankings and item counts

🔍 Improvement: frozen accounts no longer show up on the leaderboards. The Pet Stat Leaderboards, About page stats and the Battle High Scores all skip accounts that have been frozen, so the rankings fill back up with players who are still around. Thanks to the folks who pointed out how many frozen accounts were sitting at the top.

🔍 Improvement: the Item Directory counts only active players. How many of an item sit in inventories, in vaults, and on wishlists now leaves out frozen accounts, so the totals show what's actually in circulation instead of being padded by frozen vaults.
