Free Pet Slot!

I'm sure that you've seen talk about this on the forums, but I just wanted to make a news post making it official!

I'd like to have 2,000 users online at any point between now and November 15th. If we can make that happen, I will give every user who has logged in the past month a free Loyalty Pet Slot Totem which can be redeemed for a free pet slot! (Which means you can get another pet)

Also, if you're online when the 2,000 people are online you get a super cool achievement, an a forum title to go with it!

There are a few topics on the forums where users are trying to organize and make this happen.

For those of you bitching you'll be asleep on the date that they planned for everyone to jump online, just leave your computer on while you sleep, and have Subeta up/be logged in.

I'm surprised the first try is still almost a week away. With Morostide, we could probably get 2K before that. And I love the totem, now we need a 24 hour GA to go with it greedy Good Luck all, I hope I'm here for it!

Oh no, I think it makes perfect sense that US players get to choose as you guys make up the majority of players and I'm pretty sure I could count with all my fingers the players from Australia (or NZ, or those around the same timezone!) You guys can easily reach 2k without us and I think those of us who are nightowls (or motivated enough!) will be up at 3am for this so it's not a huge deal ... I'm just being whiny LOL. We all get petslots in the end even if not the achievement/title. ;] I guess it'd sort of be impossible to pick a time to please everyone anyway - I mean, 3 or 4 hours later than 12.30pm Subeta time would please me but I'm sure for other users that might be an awkward time and not possible!

I'm just being whiny because I'm a night owl and tend to sleep until 3PM.

Anyway, I believe everyone who has signed on within the last month gets the pet slot, online or not! You just need to be online at the time to get the achievement and title.

Considering the majority of the users are from US I think its fair for them to choose a suitable time and we work around it, plus there are probably over 2000 users in US alone haha

I think that people who've logged on or don't log out will get a pet totem slot even though you're not on when the 2,000 users are online at the same time,

Sorry, but for those of you living in Australia or other places, when do you expect this to happen? The US players are gonna be the people who it needs to be most convenient for because there are more US players than anywhere else on Subeta.

Guys, 12:30pm is midday, not midnight...I'm just saying...I know not everyone lives in the Subeta time zone, but I'm seeing some of you who I know aren't there far behind/ahead of Subeta time and...I dunno. XD It's like, 5:30pm for me so that's an awesome time.
