Because that, I agree with what others have said, is quite different from enjoying this image. Why is it that praising the pet is fine, but anyone who says anything else is whining? I’m expressing my opinion! In a polite manner! I’m not going to get it, I have 9 beautiful pets and don’t plan on getting more for a while, but I can’t avoid stumbling over it on people’s profiles or, even, on the news page!

I'v read only a handfull of these comment.. but it's very clear that this pet is met with a lot of mixed feelings... i'd like to throw in my two cents Firstly, my personal opinion.. this is THE best graveyard pet yet.. paws down Secondly, however, i do see where this would upset some of the more, sensitive, users of this site, and for thouse who have lost a pet in this manner (me being one of them) it could be a bit heartbreaking but saying it's not child aproprite... well frankly.. none of the gravyard or bloodred pets are... they arent ment to be.. this isnt neopets.. now everyone is intitled to thier own opinion.. this is just mine... now im off to read more of yours

I KNOW they are supposed to be disturbing. And you'll notice I don't have any GY pets. But this crosses a real line for me, personally. It's not funny, it's tragic. You think roadkill is funny? i really would like to know the answer to my previous question. What is the point? Violence towards animals, in any form, isn't funny. Period. I know how strongly I feel about this, I just don't know what to do about it. I just hope the Morostide festivities start soon and push this down the page.

Just yesterday I was job shadowing at the vet, and I got to see a dog get his spleen taken out, I like this kind of blood and gore stuff and obviously other people do as well. People are getting too uptight about senseless stuff now days, you're 19 right? Live with it. If you don't like the pet then don't get it it is as simple as that.

Great art. I appreciate that it's not too graphic. First thing I thought was 'Aww, poor thing got run over'. Not until I started reading all the comments did I actually start thinking of real roadkill. I can understand real roadkill being upsetting, but this is rather far removed from that so it's hard for me to see where the drama is coming from.
Anyway, very nice Graveyard pet.

The graveyard pets are starting to point out real life problems with animals (the gy chelon having all sorts of trash and things on it, gy chai with the beartrap, and even this) I find it kind of humorous that people throw fits because of how they look.
You have an right to an opinion, yes, but don't make a huge scene while trying to voice it. Just be mature and sensible about it and realize not everyone's opinion will be the same as yours, and realize that this probably won't change just because of your opinion, but who knows.
ahhh this reminds me of when momma ran over a raccoon. I didn't see it after it was ran over, but I felt bad for it. Funny thing is this doesn't really make me sad, I think it's kinda cute and I love how a lot of people are having fun with it and have humor... okay I'll stop now |D but yes good job
I admire the art and the idea behind this new pet, and I think the graveyard pets in general are very creative. However, I have to cast my vote in with those who consider the newer aditions too gory. Thankfully most of the users on Subeta are in their teens and so equipped to cope with such things, but that doesn't quite excuse it. As a girl of 19 years I am more horrified than anything by this poor creature. (But please! We are all allowed to express our opinions, whether positive or negative! This is a place for feedback of all kinds, not just praise! If a number of users don't like this pet, shouldn't the Subetateam be notified?)

I love it XD And I've had tons of pets hit by cars, and I've seen tons of roadkill. This honestly doesn't look like most roadkill I see, though. XD It normally looks like a lump of meat and fur in the middle of the road.
