Uhm, people, it's not like this is the first graveyard pet that reflect reality in the way the pet died. o_o Just look at the recent chelon! The antlephore was hit by a car (I think?) and the chai got caught in a bear trap.
Anyway, I think this pet is awesome, never thought I would actually like a terracoon. Rah is really good at drawing graveyard pets!
The color "Graveyard" is meant for dead/dead-looking pets. This fits the part. Hey, I've come upon one of my cats half-mauled by either a coyote or owl when I was a kid, which was more disturbing than you can imagine, and I can still separate that experience from a cartoon drawing of a dead animal online. shrugs

I've personally never found dead animals on the side of the road particularly funny, but ... maybe that's just me.
I think the only reason for the bad taste comments are because it's too REAL. This happens in REAL life. Guys, relax. It's a pet site. Nothing to be taken seriously.
Thats is goods art I agree, but coming from some one who has had animals get killed by cars, and stupid drivers I find this really really disturbing, and really really wrong. I mean this is like mocking animals who die, and I know a lot of you are going to tell me "oh, its not real", and to "take a joke", but there are younger people on the site who are probably going to be upset about this. I know you have to be 13 to use the site, but that is still a rather tender age. I agree, good job on the art, but that is still a really bad taste.
