This is very nice and I like the pose, but I do think it needs altering c: I think that part of the other wing would show, and the face looks a bit... wide? Maybe the eyes are too far apart. The pupils are also not pure black which gives off a very different feel. (Thought that could just be taste I guess xD ) Also I've been noticing a trend in how artists are shading o: They seem to line one shading layer with another darker shading line? Hope that makes sense. But all in all it makes no sense and doesn't give a very crisp feel. I'm also wondering how this was saved 'cause it looks a bit pixelly. I know that SAI sometimes does that to images, but I dunno o: I do think this looks promising though |D

I like what Typhoon_Muffin and ClockworkReverie both did with the edit of the revamp, I agree, the head is a bit off and the other wing could do well to show somehow. For me the body is a bit too flat and elongated and the tail is not as thick as it should be. But I am not artistically savvy enough to be able to show what I mean here.

It was a nice job overall, but I'm sorry, I voted old. I agree that maybe other pets need more attention as this one doesn't seem to be gelling quite right.

-shaes her head- I really think the Feli should be given a break. Ya'll have been working on this one so much that what people want and do want aren't really being put into thought. The creativity is just not there when it comes to this Revamp. It looks like a new species.. and all that chest fluff just tears your eye away from the face (which in, my opinion, is too large and spacial). There's already been a poll on this style of revamp.. why bring an old one out again? No artist wants to take on the Feli and try from scratch? Maybe it's time to worry about the other pets still in limbo for a revamp then?

I voted for the new one because I DO believe we need a change.. but I don't think that one is quite right.. e.e; It just.. doesn't look correct to me.

Tried to comment earlier but it looks like it got eaten by errors.

I admire the artist's persistence with this revamp, but I think perhaps the Feli should be put on the back burner, and come back to fresh later. In my opinion, each successive redraw has just gotten worse. (That's from a character standpoint, by the way; the technical skill of the artwork is improved.)

The ";old"; revamp is probably the best of the new versions. I can see, from a technical artwork point of view, why that drawing is not favored any more. However, I submit that redrawing that pose with the new art quality (and the hind legs fixed ala Dark Matter), would be a great version of the Feli.

Failing that, may I make a suggestion to the artist? Set out to draw a male Feli. Seriously.

Oh, and I apologize if I sounded rude there. My AC is not working and the heat is making my words moosh together.

Things I do like: I enjoy the shading and coloring everywhere but the neck fluff. There it just seems.. to realistic on a pet that has a more cartoonish touch. I also like the way the paws look. Not sure why, maybe its because I'm a fan of big paws on cats. I may be Biased there though XD

Ugh. I accidently voted for the new feli.

Frankly, I don't like this version at all.

It seems to.. Well awkward. The head is to big, and unless it was laying at an angle, which isn't really shown here, it's body would not show this much. Its muzzle also seems way to small for it's giant head I do like the ones posted in the comments, despite it obviously not being used. I personally would prefer just a slight art upgrade. Not a full pose and everything overhaul.

Typhoon_Muffins edit is pure win! This fixes everything that bugged me in the original. Man I hope we finally get a feli revamp.. I feel so bad for all the work thats been put into this to have been turned over going on.. what, 3 times?

I don't mean to offend the artist, but if I could offend this revamp, I would. It is WEIRD. Disproportionate, awkward pose, body parts where they shouldn't be, dull colors, messed up eyes, squeezed in a tiny square... I don't think I've disliked a revamp this much since the velosotors, and those only because I have three. This feli is just... not right. I'm sorry.

This one looks like the artist had a really tiny, square canvas. And had to fit the pet on it. So the pet is overall vaguely the shape of a square. I realise that's most likely how it was, but that should NOT be showing.

I really like this feli; It's cute, fluffy, chibish, adorable, just perfect. Maybe an update, but it's really cute.

The last two feli revamps are just eh. No offense to the artists but they're not fluffy or chibish.

Nothing against the artists, but not sure why anyone feels the Feli needs a revamp at all. I got a Feli in the first place because of the pose, uplifted face, beautiful eyes, etc., and every newer version presented is missing everything that made me want a Feli. If they switch to a revamp, I will have to change my once beautiful Feli to something completely different.

I have a lot to say on this.

I can't see the 'furboobs' on this version, so, no complaints there. However, the neck fur on this revamp does, to be quite honest, remind me of a feather boa.

If I had to choose a revamp, I would honestly choose the first one. Three different revamps is a bit silly, to be honest. The first revamp was adorable, and pretty much the same as the current Feli, but with more updated lineart.

But anyway. The eyes creep me out, no kidding. I understand that you're not going back to the first revamp, and while I don't really understand why, I accept that. Fair's fair.

I admit that the Feli needs a revamp. I'm fine with it, because I saved every single one of the current Feli images to my computer a while back. So I'm all prepared for it; if I don't like the new Feli (or prefer the old version) I'll just figure out how to overlay images. I'm fine with that!

Personally, I would like a revamp of the first revamp (if that makes sense). That is, the first revamp, with updated art.

But please, please, PLEASE don't redo the Spectrum feli ;_;. I wouldn't really like a revamp of the Reborn and Darkmatter felis, but I can live with that, just as long as the Spectrum one isn't revamped.

..And, please come out with a nuclear feli soon? Maybe nightmare too?

I'm so sorry to the artist but I think this is the first time I have voted for the old one. I don't like the pose at all. It looks just odd overall. The nose is weird, the entire head and face look off. I'm really sorry. I don't see anything wrong with the old one. (For some reason and I really can't say why, this just screams Neo to me.)

I think the new one is kind of....creepy in a way because the fur on it's neck is too poofy like a boa. And then it's cheeks look kind of big to me. I like the one where it is kind of sitting like a dog. I think it is the older one.

I've loved all the revamps so I wish they'd change the Feli's already! Any change is good, the old ones are majorly outdated. No offense of course But yeah, I love the latest revamp and I also liked the previous. If I had to choose a favorite it would be the latest. I just hope the dark matter feli won't be changed because I love mine the way she is!

The new one is really cute, but... there's something about the old one that I just love. The new one, some of the angles seem off, like with its horns, and the ruff is a little too fluffy. The pose is super cute, though. I guess I'll be happy either way, though, so long as the change to the Dark Matter Felis isn't too drastic, though it should be some time off either way.

Ugh. No. I loved the last one, it was SO cute. For me, the face and pose of the new one is just ugly in comparison. The big complaint about the old one I saw from others was the ";furr boobs"; (right, whatever), and the new one just emphasizes those.

I'll be really disappointed if this one goes through.

God, the artist must be pulling their hair out in frustration by now. It's the third revamp attempt and the majority are still not pleased

Back on topic, I agree with previous posters: The very first revamp version is one of the better attempts. The style is very cute, and a few tweaks here and there to the pose and artwork would make it perfect.

I'm sorry but I truly hate this revamp- EITHER of the previous revamps would be better than this one. But the current Feli is best to me- I like the current one it because it's cute and chibi and the pose is unique. The chest fur on this new revamp looks weird and the back leg also looks odd, it's too skinny and just doesn't look right. Only being able to see one wing also isn't good.

It looks lovely ^^ Though, as many others has pointed out, there's a few things that could be adjusted. I really like this version which was posted by PiranhaPettingZoo:

It's chest fur on this one doesn't look all poofy and boa-like on this one, and I also like the other features that was changed on this one.

Wonderful artwork anyways. I really enjoy seeing the improvements that are made. Keep it up

This is what happens when you ask for people's opinions, if they don't like our annoying opinions then maybe they shouldn't ask, clearly people are just saying they like that version more thinking it would be nice to have that as the new feli and certainly not to cause annoyance or anything similar.

I have to admit Typhoon's edit looks prefect and has covered every issue I had with the new revamp, the big head and eyes, the line above the nose and the postion of the wing. Question but does the feli only have 1 wing? Reason begin is that there is only one in the original.....

I also have to admit I ♥ the more fluffy chest fur.

Though I loved the old new revamp I do prefer this one a lot better as the line art is better and it looks more realistic, great work jag(?)

I am going to explode if another person posts that image of the old revamp. The lines are way to thick and there's no fur definition at all. It has been said NUMEROUS times that it is not going to be used so get over it X_x On a lighter note, I absolutely love this version! I'd be content if it was made permanent, even without changing the chest fur.

The nose is the wrong shape and what was wrong with it being pink? Also it looks like it's wearing a boa. For me it's better than the last revamp, but doesn't match the quality of the original.

The face looks ";flat"; to me. Not really the size/position of things so much as the depth of shading, I think. The eyes aren't as expressive and dimensional as the old one and the snout looks like it is on the same plane as the cheeks. Maybe just a tweak in the perspective would make it a bit more ";alive"; looking. Other than that, I think it's lovely.

It's nice, but I think its face is a bit too long... is that picture somewhat compressed? And also about the chest fur... yeah, I got a long-hair cat at home, when she's in that position, the fur doesn't separate into two parts. That's all I got to say for now. :3

I quite like it, i'd be pleased to have a Feli like this one. The perspective makes the shape and position of the head very nice, and I love the delicacy of the paw positioning. The little tufts of fur on the elbows is adorable. Beautifully drawn and colored.

I voted for this one, I loved the previous option though. I also love this one but think it would look better with the neck fluff toned down a little and with the back arched more downwards rather than up.

I can't say I like this one at all. But there's nothing I can say that hasn't been said already. Too much fluff, squished/stretched head, one wing, etc. Personally, I still prefer the first revamp that was proposed.

And no one's saying Jag hasn't improved. I think we just liked the art style of the old one opposed to these newer ones. Is that so wrong? I honestly don't think this one fits in with the ";subeta-style."; The shading's really shaky instead of nice, clean cell shading. And it's really detailed. That's not always a bad thing, but it looks weird when compared to most of the other pets.

I'm not sure what it is, but I think it's the positioning of the eyes might need a small tweak. Since it appears as if the head is a little to oval or small o.o Or it could be the nose, it's one of those two things that's making me debate it in my head. Piranha's edit is my favorite. If you'd tweak the muzzle, lower the back line, and axe a bit of the chest fluff, then you'd definitely get my vote.

Great work. I really admire Jag's patience in producing yet another beautiful Feli revamp in the face of all this criticism.

Another poll? Seriously? We need to come to a compromise here. It seems a little unfair that we only get the choice of the really old version or the new revamp though. :/ I also liked the first revamp. People are just picking out stupid things like 'it looks like it's got worms! it's got bewbs!' Shut up already!
