Sebastian Phoenix has been tinkering away all weekend on a plan to raise the User Shop Limit to 50,000,000sP per item. He worked very hard, and the Subeta Senate passed it without any problem, as long as it continues to benefit the economy.

For those of you will run around screaming like you've just had your heads chopped off that this will ruin the trades. The trades are for trading. As in, items. For items. And other items. And maybe sometimes.. more items.

Oh I looooooooooooove undercutters X3 They make buying things much better. Are they undercutting, or are people simply overpricing? ;D

Well, if nothing else, this should be interesting. I would certainly like to get some of these pricey items off my hands, but no one seems to want to trade or offer sP.
I hope this goes well =O

This is a free market, you (the users) decide the prices of items. If it's worth 5k, it'll eventually get that far in user shops. Even if it is r99."

Thank you Keith!! that is what I have been saying to people all along, "we" make the prices in subeta not the shops, if something drops down in price it is because in many peoples eyes its not worth that much. of course you might get the occasional major undercut in something but if it is a sought after item it shouldnt effect the shops too long because some lucky person will snatch it up. WTG Sebastian and Subeta Senate!

I love this already.. a set of wings that have been in my trades for a week without a single hit sold in the shop within a few minutes, and I could buy the skirt I wanted, in 5 minutes total. After nothing for a week. Yes, I like Thanks!

Keith. I. Love. You.

Seriously!

No more hassling with trades! Ease of buying!

I am glad that the Autopricer didn't change. I don't think it should honestly. Maybe have it go as high as 500k or so, but I don't want to see it changed or set any higher then that.

Exactly KITA. What's worse, is I have a screenie of a r99 TC restocking in the Card shop. It restocks for 64,800 sP. Even with say a 30% percent discount card, you couldn't sell it for much. Guess what the cost was in user shops??? like 5k or less X_X Ok, yeah it's Only a Trading Card, but this is happening with more than just those. =/ -goes back to hiding-

This makes me very happy in regards to item hunt and timed events. Actually it just makes me very happy because I hate dealing with trades.

One question, though. Is the autopricer limit still at 250k?

i like this idea!!
but i do like the autopricer staying at 250k... i don't want my unbuyables to suddenly be undercut and sold for way below value. it's more work to hand price but i think it is worth the effort

I hope shops will be rsing a lot more then. Trades keep ub items from being sold quickly. Now we'll be lucky to see higher rarity items for decent prices IMO. On the bright side....I get to get things quicker.

I think this is seriously going to contribute to deflation. I mean, have you seen how far the Potions have gone down since the 1mil shop limit was introduced?

...Actually, I take that back. There's going to be deflation on items that people count on to be expensive, like Potions, and there are going to be random pockets of inflation that cause smelly with a rarity of 50 to cost 300k.

December 31, 1969, 7:00 pm by Deleted User

Cool !! Trades should be used for just that, trading item for item (s) And the inflation needs to be brought down, I agree...you may not be making as much as you think you should, but in the long run, you won't be spending as much either. It will all balance out after awhile and things will all be good.
