The Chai.. frankly, it scares me. The bear trap is a good touch, good job, artists.

I like the Magnus, myself. A bit overdone with the stony look, but very nice nevertheless.

Revamp the Graveyard Cadogre next, pretty please?

The Magnus, it took some getting used to but now I love it! Makes me wanna get one

Love the Chai as well, the bear trap made me laugh (despite the fact that real life bear trapping isn't funny, yadda yadda as everyone has said, etc, etc)

I was expecting a revamp for the Magnus. But i didnt expect it to be /that/ different. It looks much more like a gargoyle now. However, i do believe the stone effect looks a little overdone on it. On the other Magnuses, the effect isnt quite as shiny
Its hard for me to explain this what i think about the style its shaded. I do think it looks more like the Mangus is made of brand new rocks, rather than older, abandoned ones. It would probably look better if it didnt shine so much, so the stone effect on the shading doesnt stand out as much. Therefore, the stones dont look freshly cut, or well cared for.

Magnus is beautiful and this revamp matches the gargoyle nature of the pet...I was looking at the older version and thought it was a Dragarth or a Dragon! XD Great job on the Magnus If Fushi's name fit just a little bit better, she'd be on her way to becoming GY XD

As to the Chai...I don't have so much of a problem with the /trap/ as I do the odd angle of the leg. It just really sticks out strangely, especially given the awkward manner in which the trap seems to be going all the way /through/ the leg.

The rest of the Chai suits me just fine...though I do think it was a bit unfair to place it next to the more intense Magnus They're just two entirely different art styles

The magnus looks limpy... It was wonderful before, I didn't see a need to revamp it. ;; It just looks.... fat and lumpy. Nice art, but not my tastes at all.

First of all - LOVE the Magnus - the coloring is awesome.

I admit I haven't read all the comments but the Chai is just wrong. I like all of it but the leg trap. That's not funny. It's offensive, cruel and graphic. Leg traps are against the law in many states as they are an exceptionally cruel means of trapping. I'm sorry. I know most people won't see it this way - but I really wish you would do something about that trap. It's just wrong on many, many levels.

The idea for the Magnus is really cool, but the coloring... Oh God it truly hurts my eyes. x.x I understand it's 'gargoyle' nature, but the stone effect just doesn't work for me in this one.

well...as abstract art, it is superbly done. As pets...the thought of it is grotesque, outrageous, hideous, etc. ...That's why i'll never own a GY pet.

But if the artists would be so kind to revamp the antlephore, please make one with eyes that see...that blank, blind stare is scaring the gerbinthazies out of me...

These are both amazing. o____o I think this is my favorite new Magnus by far. So much detail.... .o. Haha, and the Chai kills me with that bear trap on its leg. XD It still manages to be adorable even when it's rotting.

the graveyard image are so different between the two. Chai looks more animated, Magnus looks more detailed and a bit more realistic. I love the magnus - looks like a cracked, old, 'alive' statue thingie.

About the magnus, it's not that I don't think the new magnus isn't absolutely wonderful, it's just that the old one had some sort of magnus-y charm that this one lacks. It looks more like a gargoyle while the other looked like a lizard

that magnus is one sexy beast.
...not so sure about the chia, looks a wee tad outdated and antatomically incorrect. 8C like one of the older pets. but iunno.
anyhow, god, i want that mangusss. incorporating the whole gargoyle/statue thing was brilliant on the artist's part.

That Magnus is absolutely stunning. What a complete step up in petsite art. That's not great-quality-but-standard pet colouring. That's... something completely new and breathtaking.

The artist responsible for drawing it has made me want a whole new colour. Derelict. Some sort of statuesque colouring and design. Decadent and time-worn. Guh.

I really want a Magnus now and that's a thought that has NEVER crossed my mind before.
