D= The changing of the GY Magnus upsets me greatly. The new one, to me, doesn't fit with the Subeta style due to something I cannot quite put mu finger on. Too detailed? Not the right word, I know, but you get the gist. I, like Sacrificial, wish we could vote Dx

The old Graveyard Chai looked more like a vampire than anything else. Elegant. Beautiful.

I suppose if the Graveyard pets are subject to cartoonification, can I make the request that Nightmare pets remain elegant and dark?

Wow. Such drastic changes, and to but truthful I don't like them at all. I had fallen in love with the old GY Magnus and have been saving to make Conquers into one. Sure, it looks more like a Magnus now, but the art just... as another user mentioned, there's too much detail. I wish we could vote.

...You know, if I wasn't so content with Chesid being a Clawsion, I'd consider turning her into a Magnus.

I don't think animals nor humans rising form the dead after years of being burried are supposed to look cute or cuddly(like the old GY Chai, for example). We don't make "sexy" or "cute" zombies, so all the GY pets who have this kind of "cute" old art ARE subject to be changed. We're changing them for the sake of constancy, and because rotting, dead people aren't -cute-.

The GY Chai's anatomy looks awkward to me. Like it's arms and legs and head got chopped off and sewn back on in a way so now what was once its chest is now its back, and what was once its back is now it's chest. Plus... I don't think the leg that the bear trap is on looks very realistic. Now, I'll be honest. I've never seen what a bear's leg looks like when it's cut open like that. But somehow I don't think it'd look like that.

And I don't know what the deal is with the GY Magnus... I always liked the old one, and I never thought of the Magnus as a dragon... Always a gargoyle. And somehow, when you make a Magnus that truly looks like a gargoyle... I can't put my finger on it, but there's something about it I don't like. I think maybe it's actually too detailed. When I look at it, there are so many details that I don't know where to look next and it makes my head spin... I don't know. Part of me really likes the Magnus, but the other part of me gets a headache from all of that head-spinning.

But I do know that pretty much all of me dislikes the Chai. The old one was prettier and had an awesome bat-charm on it's collar. I admit the old Chai needed a revamp, but did you really have to change it SO much? Everything about its old personality is completely gone.

Perhaps I acted in haste when commenting before. Let me rephrase.

I intensely dislike this new artwork, considering I spent my hard-earned sP on the Graveyard Potion for the version of the Chai that I was promised. She has been that way since the second she was born. In fact, she was born BECAUSE I wanted her to look like she previously looked. I purchased a Gold Account specifically to have a Graveyard Chai, and her name fit perfectly. And she was morphed into this...this...Thing, without any warning or any option to convert her back to her previous beauty. It doesn't matter that "Graveyard pets are supposed to be ugly". This one WASN'T, and it was very well LOVED for that fact. Now, I can't stand to look at her. I feel as though I wasted all the time it took to earn her potion.

I don't mind the Magnus. In fact, I think it looks rather nice. But not nice enough to waste time and money morphing Porcelaine into one. The art would likely change by the time I was happy with her again, anyways. And I'm positive that the people who spent their time, effort, and sP to make their pets into lovely Graveyard Magnuses are as upset as I am. A little warning, or some compensation would be nice. An "unpaint" option or "revert to previous artform" would be nice. Unrealistic, but nice.

To be perfectly honest, I'm still furious. But I'm not seeing red as I was earlier in the day. Perhaps I'm overreacting. I can't honestly care if people believe so. Since I can't have children, my pets are like my children. And my little girl is now a beast.

Most people who feel this way aren't bold enough to say it. But I'm already in a bad mood, and I believe that it was wrong to change these "outdated" pets. And to be honest...how hard is to to adjust the same design to a new artstyle? Changing the ENTIRE design was uncalled for. The artists are all unique, and I understand that they each have their own styles and designs that they wish to incorporate...but what about the users? I'm still very frustrated and furious at these redraws. I suppose I've just been blessed that my other babies haven't been completely ruined.

Perhaps the artists can come up with a "dark" or "spooky" potion to give us back the old Graveyard Chais? It was the dark beauty that drew me to them in the first place. This cartoony "mutant" style is like the fanciful afterthoughts of a young boy, soon after seeing his first scary movie. The Chai was the only one that I liked, simply because of the beauty.

I don't think they can poll every single time they revamp a pet color. No one would ever agree and we would never get new re-draws. I don't want a unified look on the pets - that would be boring and THAT would be like a Neo re-draw. Variety is the spice of life, ya know!

Ooo, wow, these are gorgeous! I love the cracks in the Magnus and the way the flesh was drawn around the Chai's eye.

But, as someone else already mentioned, the art looks very different. It doesn't really bother me or anything, i just thought Subeta was trying to unify all the art on the site, especially the pet art.

Oh awesome. You know, I was going to say the Magnus is chunky... but then I went D'OH! GARGOYLE! It's made of Stone! Of course it doesn't lose weight! xD
So yeah, it's all good. I really like the art for the GY Magnus, the pose is kept true to its old pose.

HOnestly, I liked the lanky looking old GY Magnus a tiny bit better, but this one is cool looking also. I'm not disappointed.

And I have one thing to say about the Chai: ADORABLE. If I liked bears, I'd get one.

I agree with Rei. The chains being a bit rusty would be an awesome thing. Same or the bear traps.. inless it got cleaned some how? The only thing that I dislike about the chai is the vines. They are an awesome touch.. but something about them draws my eye away from the actual pet. Maybe it's just me XD

I like the Chia, but the Magnus looks nothing like a dark creature.
I've never called a pet chunky, but really, he looks like he's well fed. x.x
Good job, but I must agree with the minority, I'm not liking how the Magnus looks, I like the concept, but the execution could've been done a little differently.

Some of these comments makes me so sad. People spend a lot of time on these pictures and some just go plain "I hate you for doing this."

Sure, you might've prefered how the pet looked before, but there is still something called respect and to be downright mean to people just because your favorite pet changed their look, that's just being rude. It's okey to be mad, it's okey to be annoyed, it's okey to be pissed, but don't be just... evil about it. That's not okey. There's better way to put down how you think that to act that way.

I love the pets, the magnus really looks like it's about to kill someone. Not too found of GY pets, but they're still loveable.

These are absolutely GORGEOUS! I love them so much! Kudos to the artists, they're lovely. I especially love the Chai's trap, and how the vines on it's head are long. It's just perfect. And the Magnus is just beautiful. I love how it looks hollow and aged - absolutely beautiful, artists! (:

That Magnus is completely awesome. Finally another graveyard version I really love, the other being the Endeavor. I guess I prefer the non-organics ^^ I feel bad for the poor Chai, trying to chew its leg off, though.

I think you should give the owners a choice to change or keep the old versions or the new version of their pets, I'm sorry but I can't stand the new magnus, I probably won't be keeping mine a magnus now. I'm so upset of all the pets that could of been fixed you guys picked the one that looked fine as it was.
Sorry to the artists, they're not bad drawings at all, they're really good I just want my old pet back.

Good lord. With the way people attack the artists on this site, it's no wonder they are looking for more. They are probably leaving in droves after being commented like this.

I'm not a fan of the chai either, but I'm not going to just whine inanely about it.

Subeta asks for /constructive/ criticism, meaning, something 'useful' to say, instead of 'ONG!!!1Ugly like Neo's revampz!1'

For example, I do agree that the chains on the chai would 'look' a little better if they were rusty, but, it's only a comment. I'm fine with it the way it is.

Woah, you can really see the difference in mine and DNA's art styles with these two xD The Chai IS a rather cartoony pet, though. It would have been weird to have given it the same level of detail as the Magnus, since none of the other Chais are like that

And the bear trap was supposed to make you uncomfortable, really. I think dancing bears are horrid things in real life, as are traps - which is why I put those things on this particular Chai. It's grotesque, and it's not cute. Its legs are supposed to look kind of broken, like the Chai is pulling away from the trap, and has broken it's leg in the process. So yes, if the bear trap scares you, then i've done what I intended

Your comments are unnecessary and very rude.. The old Chai and Magnus were very outdated, and needed a revamp. If it bothers you so much, just get a new pet. You can't even begin to compare this to Neo's revamp, honestly.
