Yeah, this one is going to be trouble. I can think of 3 possible answers that are all specific. Hopefully everyone will be given credit.

This is not fair.. if you want a specific answer...

Ask a SPECIFIC question.

I live in PA and I've come up with 4 possible answers.

Well, at least I knew what it was, just not the right word. =)

I officially hate "specific" trivia. Specific is relative! I found 2 good answers i'm debating over, and I guess I'll just choose the more specific of them. hopefully, nothing was over looked and the internet is actually giving me commonly used terms. I can foresee a bit of anger after this is done... plugs her answer

Okay this is stupid.

It says two words be specific.. but the SPECIFIC answer would really be 4 words.

i think i got this one right. but i've lived in pennsylvania for most of my life and never knew that people had off for this reason. it took quite a bit of searching for me to find it, so it definitely is not biased toward everyone in the state.

I felt the same way but the question says to be specific and well out of the two options in my mind one is clearly more specific than the other.

I also put safe instead of combination. This one is a bit challenging for me and I am in the US. The Holiday in that state does not affect the other states so it is challenging for some people in the US as well as out.

@ BoysenBERRY: Err, this is an American site, after all. I wouldn't mind a question about Belgium (though seeing my knowledge of my own country, I'd probably be the first one to get it wrong, lol ), but I don't have any objections as to questions regarding America, especially seeing that everyone can look it up.
