The revamp is getting there I think, but it looks like the Feli has grown up. In the old one the paws and head were larger, making it look like a kitten. In the new one the proportions have been evened out, making it look like an adult. I personally liked the kitten look better.
As well, if you're going to show the bottom of the paws, you need more detail, like in the new darkmatter Demi. The way it is now it looks kind of unfinished.
There is something else about it that seems mildly off about the picture as well, unfortunately I can't quite tell what it is. It may just be general porpotions, or maybe there's something off with the outline or pose. I hope someone else can pinpoint what I'm spotting.
Over all, I think a revamp would be nice, but not this one. I'm going to have to vote for the old.
Oh gosh no, don't make it looking up, that's why I HATED the old one.
As a feli fanatic I have some things to point out:
-love the eyes and ears
-don’t think eyebrows should exist
-colour and shading could be better
-wings seem to be a little odd, could be designed in some other way
-tail should be thicker and could be “parted†from the wings
-paws aren’t on a correct form – when my cats sit, they sit in this position, but they keep their paws on the ground =( please don’t make them with the paws up in the air…
I much prefer this new one. The colours are more toned down. I wouldn't feel like a little child for owning one now. I especially like the new shading and how the tail is longer. The way it looks more mature now is a good thing.
I think that on the new one, where it has pink on it's feet. I think that they should be the purple seen on the other parts of the Feli. I looks kinda odd at the moment because there isn't much pink on it.
The new one look a bit too fat, but overall, it is so lovely! Yeah I agreed the Feli should look up as well, cuter that way^^

I loved the big paws and bright colours on the old one. And I really adore the upwardly gaze on the old one. It feels like the small kitten watches her tall owner

It has nice lineart and details. I miss the old pose though 
I personally love the new revamp. The colours on the old one were too bright ^^ This is better, and much more toned down. The shading is better too, and although I'd miss the pose on the old one - this is very well drawn. My only criticism would be that there might need to be more of a neck line between the body and head? Otherwise it's lovely how it is =D Great job.
I realy love the new revamp the shading and shadows are much better and give it an all round more 3d look. There is much more detail in it and I love how the eyes look they give it real character and personality. I don't have a feli but it was one of the pets I considered having, so great work on the revamp, lots of attention to detail there and I think most people will love it too, it's on a whole new level to the old one. As for the colours I like the colourin, all of it everything seems fine to me.
I really dislike this revamp. Although I agree the old pose does need a bit of touching up, I -love- that it's staring up sort of day-dreaming. It's why I chose a feli (Caelys) as my very first pet. The color is off on the revamp, it's very muted as opposed to the old version. I do not like body position on the revamp either. Forgive the term but it's very cutsey. -twitch- Last but not least the head does seem out of proportion with the body. -sighs- I'm just generally unhappy with the whole revamp. Please don't turn my babies into this cutsey... thing. I'm begging!
My first time to comment on a pet revamp
I love the old feli look, its cute. I love the way it looks up as that's how cats look up If the feli is meant to be in a sitting position then the back legs need to be drawn differently as it looks like its sitting on its legs, rather than it's bottom. Normally in a sitting position the back legs are curved higher up near the back and the paws are flat on the ground almost under the felis bottom.

But I DO have some comments about the new one.
Comaparing it to the old one, it could use some more shading around the face, and the shading on the body (above the left hind leg) looks a bit off. Also, the legs on the new one look a bit too short and stocky for a cat. The position of the hind legs looks a bit awkward.
If you are going to redraw it again after this, please also move the tail so that it doesn't touch the wing. That also makes it look wierd.

anyhow... PLEASE, PLEASE... the reason this is so popular is because it's different from the revamp-starved old version. As a feli addict, PLEASE do not change it to this! It isn't orange enough, first of all... it's been muted to an ugly cream color. The reason I love the Feli is because of its bright color statement. This is way too feline for me as well. I understand that the Feli is a cat-based creature, but this pose seems very typical and overstated to me. I adored the old pose and don't understand why THAT can't simply be redrawn. Also, the eyes are way overbright and creep me out. I love the way the old feli's eyes look, I wish you would take that concept and simply add depth. I know how wonderful your art can be, staff, and this to me seems half-baked and watered down. I know 785 people as of this post, possibly more, that will be very upset if this is the new feli. Please take my suggestions to heart.

I love this revamp, but I'll miss the old Feli. It looked like it was daydreaming, hoping for something special. However, this Feli is superior in shading. 
I love the new updated look. The wings, I think, should be a little bigger, but like NoirRaven said, you're going for the "devil kitten" look, so maybe it's fine like that. It's much plumper than the old Feli, and it has quite a large tummy. =] I love the way you did the eyes!

I really like this revamp. It keeps all of the characteristics of the old Feli that I loved while giving it a more updated look, which I suppose is the entire point of a revamp.

First thing I have to say, IT'S ABOUT TIME! XD
Secondly, about the feet, they look rather unnatural for a cat. They look more like rabbit paws. I know you're trying to make the Feli cute but wouldn't it be better to go for a more natural, "cat sitting" pose? Like what you did for the Dark Matter Feli. That was perfect! The way the feet are now, you'd think it's hind legs were longer than the front ones or broken. :/ I really don't think we need to see the underside of the paws as well. They're totally unnecessary, they don't make the feli cuter in any way and we've never had to see them before to make the feli cute. :/
Finally, other than its hideous feet I think the wings/horns could be a little bit more noticable but that's easily forgivable since I know the Feli is supposed to be that "little devil kitten."
As for colors and shading, you've got no complaints from me about that. It's about time you guys started getting things right. XDD shot

I like this ones pose but if the color was just a tiny bit darker a bit like the olds ones color then it would be awsome!
It seems like with some of the new redraws (Demi and Feli), more detail is coming at the expense of cuteness and personality.
Detail is good, but on the old feli, I liked the larger eyes and the wistful expression.
I also think they ought to label these polls A and B rather than new and old, and mix up which pic they put on top, because I really think a lot of people vote "new is better" without looking at the pics too hard. Or maybe they should only let those who own the pet already vote.
Well the new one is quiet good. In old one the position of Feli was quiet odd (legs! what animal can put legs like that!)
I personally like the new one, but I think this Feli should be more like cat. The tail shouldn't stand like that. When cats are sitting they never had tail in air. They always put it on ground (they are sometimes hitting the ground with it, but they never lift it compleatly like on the picture). And the wings shold be a bit bigger, I guess.

I have voted for the new-style feli, but think that if you separate the tail from the body slightly it could be improved. At present it looks as if the wings are attached to the tip of the tail.
Your artists need a pat on the back/pay rise for the wonderful artwork that they produce - no easy feat I am sure.
I think that the wings need to be a bit bigger, and the body a little less fat. The face looks quite nice, except the position is just a little odd to me. :/ Its neck is a liiiiitle bit small, but I really like it. -loves on the eyes-

I think both are good, but i chose the old feli. I like the colour better on the new one (not so orange) but the old one definitely has that mischious look about it. I also like the old one head better. I think the new ones position is cute, but its a little fat, well not really fat, just that i like the big head look. Although i like rthe new ones tail better! I chose the old drawing in my vote, but only because the revamp makes me think of those animals that drag their butts on the fllor, it's gross I know, but that's what I think of when I look at the revamped Feli. Sorry if everyone else disagrees.
Hmmm, I haven't read all of the comments and will probably be rehashing some of them.
The revamp loses something. To me it is the difference between my own Carly Cat, who is mischievous, devious and always up to something, and my mothers old flame point Siamese, who was sweet and wonderful, but always seemed to be very "the lights are on, but no one is home." I am not sure I can describe it better than that.
Yes the older version has some position problems, but I actually have a cat that sits in a similar manner, so the idea isn't all that unrealistic to me.
If the revamp must go through (which it seems it will due to the voting), I would like to see the tail plumped a bit and the wings slightly increased in size. Also, at a glance, something about the new position makes me think overweight house cat rather that agile feline hunter. When you really look, you can see it isn't really fat, but something about it still strikes me that way.
the new ones pose is much better then the old feli, and the fur on its face and neck make it look a lot more huggleable XD the wings do look a little odd in proportion to the body, but im sure that can be straightened out good job and im definately voting for the new re-draw for the first time! (voted for old versions for most things)
i have read most of the posts on the new vs the old and yes the horns do need a little turf or something to not look so pasted on and the head tilt of the old one was more desirable, and yes the wings do need to be more realiatically in size porportion to the body.. however over all the new one is much improved over the old and i look forward to seeing the little twitches you do tot he new one... thank you for allowing us to express our opinions on ways to make the new one rock!!!!
I vote the new one: It's cute, but the pose of the ld one is more agreeable... is there any way to merge these two together...? but If i had to make a choice: the new one.
I really love the new pose and the way its drawn, but compared to the old one, it seems a lot duller. I'd suggest brightening up the colours more.
I do believe that this design is a step up from the old one, I didn't understand the feet position of the old one, however it just doesn't seem to have the vibrance and life that the other creatures have here. I can't quite put my finger on it, perhaps the coloring, or the simple sitting pose, But it seems to be a bit lacking in interest. I also agree that the wings should be a bit larger. Perhaps consider more detail, especially when looking at upgrades on the Escalade, beautiful detail and pose in that one. in short, an improvement, but I believe it could still be better.

Much more mature looking than the original Feli - much less cartoony and has great coloring depth.
Loses a bit of its initial cuteness and charm (that came from the larger head in comparison to the body & cute head tilt) but overall seems to me like a good deal.
I prefer the old one myself and I agree the old one looks younger and the revamp older. I like how it looks the same, same qualtys and everything. I give props to the artist for paying attention to such details. But yeah I think the artist should keep the old pose also
I'm so happy to see a Feli revamp. While I love the old Feli, it does have a few anatomy issues...XD I know I'm probably just reiterating what others have said, but I don't have the time to read through it all sooo...with the new version, my only points of contention are: The wings kind of blend in with the tail. Maybe make them stand out a little, or curl the tail in under the wings...? The ruff could be a little less cottony and just a little more spiky. The head could be a little larger; for many of us, that is one of the most endearing qualities of the Feli. But otherwise it's awesome...it's a good direction to go in.

I have to say I really like this revamp, it has practically everything the old feli had in terms of proportion, design.. everything. One thing it adds is a sense of more life, to me anyway. Not only from the less flat shading, but also.. something else, I can't really explain it. The old feli seemed so dull for some reason. I really hope this one wins, I admit that.
The new one has an entirely different expression - and I prefer the old one because it is looking up. I like some aspects of the new one, but I'd definitely change it to be looking upwards, to preserve the "Feli Attitude."
It looks TOO hopeful... maybe no eyebrows? And the wings might be a little bigger -just a little-. Maybe make the spots on the paws purple, I know it wouldn't be realistic, but it would fit better with the colors.
