it just doesn't look like a feli i think u should keep the old if you do want this one though i definitally think u should make the head a little bigger and alot cuter o and one more thing its looks a little duller with the orange too than the old one. i think the old is better and brighter too.

I like the new version better because you can see its whole body and doesn't look like it can't use its back legs but there are a few things that I agree with some people on.
1: It looks a little to.... big? Fat?
2:The new version looks like waxy or plasticy looking than the other one. The old version looks more real.
3: The lineart is a little big
4: The shadow is good theres just something... I'm not sure...
5: The wings in the beginning look thin and the tail looks a little thin too but if the new version smalls down a bit... they might look better and maybe a cuter face
I love this new feli. i agree that it does look a little hairless but over all a good improvement on the old Feli! I agree also that the old head pose was cute though I liked it when it was looking away from the viewer
To start off, I enjoy the pose and slightly more professional coloring on the new Feli than the old. The new is a huge improvement, if you ask me.
On the new, however, there are a few things which bother me. The way the neck fur is drawn (more rounded on the ends of the strands) seems odd to me. I can understand the purpose of doing this, but at least the strands at the bottom of the tuft of fur should be a bit more stringy to add a furrier effect.
Secondly, the cell shading and highlighting seem a bit off to me. The places where shadows begin should be jagged and varied a bit (horrible word choice Dx) so that it appears to be furrier, as the body looks totally furless to me as of now.
And, lastly, the thickness and darkness of the lineart bothers me. Perhaps thin it out a bit, and make it a slightly lighter color?
Overall, excellent job. :3 It really is a massive improvement.
honestly,this feli ROCKS.but if i could make a few suggestions...
There are some things about both I like, as most folks have said here. I really like the more kittenish eyes of the old, but have real problems with the hind leg issue on the old. while some have said they don't believe real cats are able to sit like the new one sits, as a cat owner, i assure you, they can. however, the times when they are most apt to do so is when they are having dificulty with their nether parts, sometimes sitting that way to relieve the symptoms of those difficulties. hardly a pleasant image, but in some way i can't explain, less unpleasant than the paralyzed cat dragging itself along as best it can. please fix that Thanks!

I prefer the cute childish eyes of the old feli, and the colors of the new one are sort of rustyer, where as the old one has a very bright tone. I vote the old one 
The old feli was too childish and its colouring wasn't quite so professional. Its pose also seemed like its spine was deformed.
The new one I find is sophisticated which is a great appeal. And has a down to Earth sense. The only problems I see is the hind legs look like snap-on doll parts and the front feet couldn't support it(there's no depth/bones/creases).
Overall, the new one triumphs.
i also prefer the cute eyes of the old feli and the gaze into space kinda look was cute.
I find this to be a very tough choice. I do love the old feli's childlike cuteness, but the new feli has a more 'grown up' feel to it, for lack of a better term. I personally think the way the new feli is sitting is adorable. I also like that the new feli doesn't have that 'staring off into space' look. It's a bit more direct. It has a cute, but haughty look. I do wish the wings were maybe a little bigger. Like I said though, I find this to be tough, because the old feli is just plain adorable. This one is not adorable--a bit too grown up for that--but I still see the appeal. I'm really not sure which way to vote.
I like the old one better. I think it just overall looks better. Though this is just something I really wanted to say about polls in general: I think that there are some people who just vote for the new one because it's new. I mean of course there are people who prefer this new drawing over the old one, but I don't think that you should label them as new/old. I doubt it would change the poll that drastically, but it bothers me that some people just vote for the new version simply because it's new.
sighs It's not a cute lil kitten anymore, it's a chubby grown cat. It's nothing really wrong with it, per se (except for the dragging its butt in the ground thing), but the attitude is vastly different. It sorely misses the sleek, adorable childishness I personally would call the Feli's trademark. So, no likey. :/

The line weight in the new one is a bit heavier than the old but the body seems to be more proportional.
Personally, I like the old one better because the head is larger and line weight lighter so it has a more pleasant cuteness to it. It's not to say the new old isn't cute, just that the old one is cuter...
I love this.The lines and light colors are great and so is the feeling of the Feli.It's still there. I love the feet also.
The new Feli seems a little bit too stiff and almost doll-like... not in a good way. It also seems to have lost that adorable part of the old Feli. The old Feli, however, had.. very odd hind legs. They were twisted off to the side almost as if they were broken, looking very unnatural.
Personally, I still prefer the older one.

I think you should just use the new shading and coloring on the old feli and keep the old pose

The new version is a long way from perfect, I don't exactly like it, but the old one was unbearable, so anything is an improvement. ^^;;
I like the new one better. 
The old one's pose was just...weird. IT LOOKED UNNATURAL. And that one line near the arm made it look like it was uber uber UBER scrawny. I don't know, I'm weird.
The new one's not that bad. I just think the hind legs look weird (But then again, that's how I draw feet sometimes 
) and the tail looks too skinny...and the feet look too small. The eyebrows look weird too. Animals look weird with eyebrows.

New feli is allright. Its almost PERFECT! I love it! Maybe wold be nice if wings willabe bit bigger, but its still almost PERFECT! And i hope that revamped field felis will look more prettier than old ones.

haha, maybe you could focus more on the felli's cat-like appearance, because i think trying to make it look like a bunch of other animals as well(bat, horns?, et.) is kind of odd.

It's pose is so much better than the old one. The older one looks like the back legs lost feeling and it's trying to drag itself to wherever. The shading on this is superb.
And this pose is so adorable.
Let's all just face it- We can't hang on to the old pets forever. Sometime or another they'll need a revamp. And I think this one is the perfect revamp match. =D

i love it, it is so cute the only thing though is it kinda looks like its rubbing its butt on the ground but other than that i think you hit the nail on the head. its a success! i would get one but i already have five pets.
okay.... the old one was propbably my absolute favorite pet on the site. this one... isn't.
the new one is quite fat, has a weird pose, and as others are saying, its out of proportion
I rather like the old one more. This one is too light I find, and the other pose was more... elegant.
Considering Feli's are probably my favourite pets on the site, I thought I'd give a little constructive critisism.
Firstly- Mouth area looks weird, probably too far up the face or something along the lines. I think the eyes may need to look a little more kitten-esque also. The face structure other than that looks fine. The ears are too big/curly and I don't believe cat's can sit like the feli does on this image, with it'd feet up in the air.
Other than that, it looks okay, though i do quite prefer the old Feli to this one. Maybe it is because this one looks more like a grown cat then the very kitten-esque feli of before?

Finally, a new feli! The old pose is so contorted, it was like the bottom half of the body had a mind of its own XD Thus I can't understand the people who say that this pose in unnatural and the other pose was so much better in the same breath. What?
And for the people saying a cat can't sit like that, I agree with the counter-statements: a) it's not a cat, and b) they can. My male cat sits like that all the time, although it's uncommon for his sister to do it. Not every one of the millions of felines on this earth are the same and again...not a cat!
My only criticism is that the horn placement seems a little off to me. I feel like the horn on the right shouldn't be behind the "turn" of the head? But, I dunno XD

The old one was so much cuter. This one is too fat. It's back legs are alittle small and I couldn't imagion how it stands up. It just lost all of its kitten....
I think the chest fuzz stuff is too big and the heads too small. i love the new pose, coloring, and the fact that theres movement in the body (which is probably why its getting so many votes) but the old one is, in my opinion, better is porportion. Not like I dont like it, but it could use a little work to make it better.
I don't like the porportions. (Uggh I can't spell) The feet seems small but the leg is okay. The toes on the front paw are also a bit on the small side. The colors are darker though. I love the eyes but they seem tilted at an odd angle. The furry bits also don't seem very furry. It's a bit clumpy and bloby. The mouth's a bit small and the wings as well. However I think this is a lot better than the old feli. I don't like the pose though. It'd be cool if you did something like how the Feli Ice Figurine is posed.

THe new one is just so cute! But I really like the others chibi look w/ a big head. The new one also looks like it has messy fur and a little on the fat side.
oh, sorry but i really don't like it.
a) the colors are not as bright and radiant as the old one, they should be more toned
b) the green part of the eyes is a bit smaller, making it less cute than the old one
c) the tail is just wrong, i think it looks too thin and perhaps too long
d) the pose? the previous pose was fantastic, i loved the way it was looking at the stars and now it's looking at me? nono
e) the new one's face looks somehow fatter, i think it's the shape that's more rounded now and the mouth's smaller. i think it was better before.
sorry again, i appreciate the artists' effort but i think the old feli was perfect the way it was. i guess that if i ever get my real account back and the feli redraw gets through, i'll have to put my feli for adoption :<br />

I love the more sketch-like way this has been drawn. Similar to the new Demis, of which I love. But this needs a little work. I'm not a big fan of the pose and the way the feet are; I just think it looks unnatural. And the wings are much too small and don't fit in with the body. The horns should also be a bit bigger. Not in length, but in overall size. And I can't quite put my finger on it, but there's something about the face that I don't like. I think it might be a little too wide. But I love the chest fur and coloring on this picture. Keep up the good work, artists!!! ^.^
I love the eyes and the chest fur, but the feet look a little un-natural, and i'm not keen on the eyebrows, i also like the ears, actually i like the face in general, just something about the way its sitting that im not fond of...
I like the pose a lot better, but I agree-- it looks pretty plain. There was more of a range of colors in the old one... I'd make the wings bigger and add a little more dark orange to it..

Hmm...I like the idea of the newer shading and everything, and I'll agree that the pose of the old Feli was slightly awkward. That said...I like the old one better.
Perhaps re-line and adjust the pose slightly on the old feli? Like instead of its legs being in that weird position, move them or redraw them so they don't look like they're stick out the sides.^^;
