Also I was just wondering early today when/if we would be getting more borders, since Vesnali is almost over. This one is very pretty, and I'm glad it's tied to an achievement that can be gotten even after the event ends! :)

No, it's an avatar border. is using it here in the comment section, you can unlock it by completing the newest achievement for having specific flower items in your wardrobe.

If you don't have all of the items, you might be able to find someone willing to lend you the ones you don't have just for the achievement.
