eventually the items will have to come lower in price, I don't play often due to uni commitments so I can't really afford anything priced at 20 mil or 50 mil, lol.. and I rarely borrowed over on the other pet site for avatars since never had the collat needed to borrow unless the person was a good friend or guild mate that happened to get the needed item. Now if I zap avatar pets, I stick them in the pound for others to find.

I never said people can't have an opinion nor did I say to you to be quiet. It's one thing to give constructive feedback about ways to make items more accessible, (like a daily item being purchasable from the chance machine) it's another to complain about users charging exorbitant amounts of sP when we know this happens everytime.

I don’t see any questions specifically, but I see your opinion on a few things I’ll comment on. I specifically said I wouldn’t be opposed to bringing those items back. Just like with token, crystal, etc, everything comes back some way at some point. I wanted to get this border out while Vesnali was still happening and wanted to wait a few days for the dust to settle on the SBQ items. We’ve had SBQ or other retired items asked for before on achievements that have found their way back out to public somehow (via crystal, rift, etc).

Many of the items are buyable and I kind of like that some items may require lending if you can't afford it. Kind of reminds me of getting lent for the BGC avvie over on neo LOL!! I think it can help encourage trust, interactivity, and community among us. : )

From what I know, yeah. But I also haven't been on the site very long compared to others here ^^ From what I know, Sougara Yellowjack was the only set unretired since October

I do figure that the prices definitely aren't gonna deflate because they're part of an achievement now, I just figure that they'll at least become buyable eventually. I'm cool with waiting a bit but that's me personally, I can't really speak on behalf of anyone else ;u;

Or maybe I am just getting the whole Subeta thing wrong. It's just that after [CERTAIN PET WEBSITE] release a certain "achievement" that only one person could get because the stamp collectable items were so expensive and rare that no one else could get it... Well, that's rough, you know?

it's not about not making the border available now. It's about making an old, popular and already very hard to get item even more scarce than before. Unreasonable and unnecessary.

I’ve unretired sets before! Usually when they get revamped or something along those lines. I wouldn’t be opposed to unretiring these down the line. There are quite a few of them on site, of course they were all bought up very fast because of the rush whenever something gets released.

That's such a non-argument. It is the same old "don't like it, shut up!" thing used to minimize the arguments of people who are trying to express themselves. My opinion might be in the minority, but I don't need you to tell me to keep quiet, and I am free to express myself as long as I do it on a respectful manner.

It is just such a baffling decision, when Subeta actively takes decisions to go AGAINST things like items being inflated, as well as reintroducing them (look at the crystal and token shop, constantly bringing back old items to the economy, so that everyone has a chance of getting them). I don't understand why out of the blue they would ask for something as scarce as a subq retired item line.

Subeta has one of the most healthy economies, so logically this action startles me.

Either way, I'm okay with waiting this all out since I'm sure it'll get easier over time Usually, when it comes to things like this, they only get rarer over time because the items are scarce. Knowing that some SBQ might unretired tho is certainly something else.

Why are people complaining they can't have their border now?? Just be grateful for another border and achievement to work towards. No one is forcing you to pay outrageous prices for retired SubQ right now. Prices always fluctuate when things like this happen, same thing when we get revamped wearables. The prices lower once the hysteria of everyone flocking for the items dies down. If you need help, go to the achievement forums, someone there would be happy to help! Not everything should be easily accessible, they are achievements for a reason...

Like mentioned, it's still possible to get retired SBQ without buying from others. I've been slowly getting old SBQ from the Gifts of Fashion Past Chance Machine - it's how I've gotten almost all of my Kore Bloom previously. I had suggested it previously in the forums, but it would be kinda of nice if the rest of the Chance Machines had a daily item like the Animal Wearable one does, given the amount of available items in some of those machines.

I do think the chance machines are a band-aid fix that isn't great since it's pulling out of such a large pool of items and relies on CSC, but it's at least something. Either way, I'm okay with waiting this all out since I'm sure it'll get easier over time

I think that one shouldn't be having to rely to "the help of lovely people" for achieving things. What if you never ever get help? It would be more than frustrating. Gifts of Fashion Past Chance Machine is still RNG, it's like saying you could get the item from the rift, which award retired items too!

I didn't know sbq items could be unretired tho. I have never ever seen that happen and it would certainly be something to behold. If it did happen, then I wasn't aware of it.

I don't really have a problem with this achievement asking for retired items, because the items themselves aren't being used up. You only need to have them in your wardrobe, and then you can take them out again once you've gotten the achievement, which means it's possible to get from borrowing the items from others as well.

Part of why everything went off the market so quickly is because everyone is scrambling to get it RIGHT NOW, but this is a permanent new achievement. Which means that you'll be able to get it any time you want in the future, so once it calms down and people aren't all trying to buy the same few items at once, it probably won't be so bad.

The retired SBQ items are available through the Gifts of Fashion Past Chance Machine. There's also nothing to say that I won't be unretiring some SBQ lines and retiring some others this month. Right now, there are some lovely people lending items out.
