Summer Raffle: Prizes

Before we get on to the prizes, let’s take a look at how many people entered the Summer Raffle!

We had 3,059 users enter the raffle with a total of 12,909 tickets entered! Everyone that entered will be able to enjoy the new forum title needs to get lost.

We’re not going to list out every winner because we have well over 800 prizes to give out. But we will go over what was given out. Due to the insane amount of tickets entered, we added a few prizes to be given out. Below are the prizes that have been given out for the Summer Raffle:

300 lucky entries received 250 Credit Gift Cards!
100 lucky entries received a random cash shop item!
100 lucky entries received a random Pawn Shop Custom Wearable item we’ve removed from the shop
300 lucky entries received a referral point!
500 lucky entries received a forum shop point!
750 lucky entries received a random rarity 90-98 item!
2500 lucky entries received a random baking or scroll ingredient!

For those of you who didn't have any winning tickets, we've got a special surprise for you! You’ll receive the forum title is unlucky. Please note that this title is not exclusive to this event, and will be brought back in the future when appropriate.

All prizes have been given out!

Edit: Just to be clear, we gave out the originally listed prizes out first (the gift cards, cash shop items, pawn shop wearables, referral points). The additional prizes were handed out with the remaining tickets in the pool—your odds of winning the better prizes would have been the same had we not added the extras! If you only received one of the prizes we added today, you would have otherwise won nothing.

The age of entitlement strikes again. SMH shame on yall for complaining, you should be happy we at least had an event with the CHANCE at winning. It's a game, it's for fun, please staff don't let the complaints of some ruin future events like this for all. I think the event was great and hope for more like it!

When I was a kid I was on a winning team. We all got a prize (bag of candy) but I noticed my prize bag had less candy than my friend's bag. I went to the teacher and told her my disappointment and she ended up taking my candy away and said "if you can't be happy with what you got from winning, you shouldn't have it at all." I was upset but I learned a pretty big lesson that day.

I understand that but it was prizes and ones that were supposed to be worth the effort decent ones or a forum title. I 100% would of prefered the title to the starfruit. Its not so much about the prizes its the worth. A title I 1000x more to me than a starfruit I get once a week. I love the comps. But first the ridiculous proce of everything to enter and now a starfruit...

My prize was sugar and a fabulous title but that's not the point. I would like to throw my sincere thanks to the staff that continue to coordinate these fun things for us to do despite the horrible and unnecessary backlash that you have to deal with after. You guys put up with a bunch of things that you shouldn't have to! ❤️ I do hope that the negativity won't dissuade you guys from putting on future events for us.

Also, nobody was "promised" anything! The staff said it was a gamble (which was obvious anyway), and that it was up to you whether or not you wanted to spend the sP/time to enter. Would you ask for your money back after playing the lottery and losing?

FWIW, I didn't win anything super great myself, so that's not even why I'm defending the raffle. I got some restockable basic flats, a forum point, and a shit trading card. But I just got the shoes I wanted with that last forum point I needed for them, and I didn't have the flats in my wardrobe yet (and I'm a filled wardrobe person). I had fun entering every day, and I'm gonna have fun making an outfit based on the starfish shoes and hat from the forum shop.

I feel bad for anyone who can't get any joy out of entering the raffle and getting some consolation prizes. I mean I really, genuinely, feel bad for you. I'm not being sarcastic. I didn't know that it was so hard for some people to have fun.

Not to call you out, you're just the most recent person for me to respond to, but where were you promised prizes? It was explicitly called a raffle (meaning: chance of winning), we showed the number of prizes going out (and increased the today because of the number of entries) and we never promised any prizes that I can see.

Look, if you spent 60 million sP on making scrolls, that's your problem and not the raffle's problem. I got the scroll task twice, and I think I spent less than a million on it total. If you could only make level 1 scrolls, it would have been cheaper to read to your pet until you could make different ones without inflated ingredients. The raffle was about exposing us to different areas of the site, after all.

If any of you are complaining about baking it's the same: you can get the kits from the MC for only a million, and you're guaranteed to get the ingredients at least to make Maple Leaf Cookies or Endeavour Pudding or something.

A starfruit. I usually dont complain about things like this I would of only entered one raffle if I knew I was getting a starfruit. Which ya know I get almost daily from the tree. I spent so much SP with the promise of good rewards and get something not even worth one of the baking or scroll ingredients cost. Things like this seriously make me want to quit. How lame. Not only do other users as per usual have to ruin for everyone by buying up everything and raising prices ridiculously we now get to put up with literally the lamest prizes ever

We only pulled the newer tiers of prizes after we'd assigned the initial ones (from best down). You would have literally won nothing, no ones chances of a prize were reduced or changed based on this.

Exactly where did you read that you were PROMISED a prize at all, much less one you thought was worth 60mil?? Moreover, how did you even manage to spend 60mil on scrolls? Did you go for the most expensive ones? There are some pretty cheap scroll options; they're way more reasonable than baking but frankly, even getting a baking requirement every day shouldn't have cost you that much.

Ehh, I'd rather have that title or nothing, really. We're already getting the participation title, which I figured would be all I got. Which is fine, because it's what most people would get, and what I knew I would at least get for sure. Being given the option of another nice thing but being told "oh but you're one of the few who won't get that" kinda sucks.

I really liked the concept of this raffle, but I have to say, after being promised that the rewards would be worth it, I totally regret participating. The amount of sP I spent completing my daily tasks does not even come close to the value of the prizes I received. I hope the raffle comes back in the future with better prizes.

I honestly don't have much luck myself, and even with the team stating, "Remember that raffles are a risk," I still decided to enter. Because you know, it's just a little time-waster event, so I decided, "why not?" Didn't expect anything, but I managed to get something I'm okay with. Regardless of whether or not I had won anything, I appreciate the team putting this together for everyone. Not complaining at all. Free stuff is free stuff. Sure, I would have been ecstatic to get an old Cash Shop item or CSC, or referral points, or whatever. But it was never guaranteed to happen in the first place. And the 'unlucky' title will be back some day.

So I'm totally happy that I won, heck... I won twice.

Ah, the human tendency to climb all over other people to get to the moral high ground.

For those complaining about us 'ungrateful' ones, we have our reasons for being a bit annoyed; I would at least have preferred some warning about what else the alert might have meant, other than the previously announced prizes. Isn't it kind of crappy to pick on people who might have been unpleasantly surprised? Just because you don't have the same kind of feeling about unexpected letdowns doesn't mean other people are so terrible for preferring nothing over a moment that turns out not to be what they expected.

It was fun but habits are hard to break and I picked from the Ikumoradeekanox tree before checking the daily requests for the Raffle so was unable to enter for that day... I never forgot to check the Raffle first after that though.
