Im so sorry this has happened and you have all had this headache when you should have been having some well earned fun/rest! its weird, but a lot of sites have been having problems, steam in particular, it seems someone doesnt like games sites. It'll all go away soon enough thanks to your clever programmers. Thank you for all the hard work youve all done for us And Happy New Year!

That happened to me too, 3 of everything. The Mystical Bitten Carrot I had 4 for some reason. I deleted all the extras except the Mystical Bitten Carrot because I'm wondering if Melody gave everyone 2 of those.... probably not, but I'm holing onto it until I'm sure.

Hmm... I hope their 'plan' for Melody is to open up her cottage for the last couple days again so that everyone can get that achievement. sigh I had another perfect record until yesterday. Hopefully I can get the achievement I and so many others deserve.

On a positive note, with the trees backed up, technically everyone will get gifted twice this year - now and in December lol. Yay gifts.

because of the lag melody accidentally gave me 3 of all 3 items. so is it ok if i just delete the duplicates? of should i file a ticket of some sort?

i also have multiple items from Melody from yesterday. [i did get the last achievement, and the associated prize]. Should i just delete the extra items?

I think I was doing pretty well with melody, too, this year. lol Oh well, can't help what you can't help. Doesn't seem like it was anything y'all coulda prevented. ^_^" I am happy to have subeta back though. Even though I'm pretty much a casual player, I enjoy this site very much, it's one of my favorites! <3

I don't really know who to ask this, but I tried to visit Melody's cottage yesterday, but the page wouldn't load and a few moment later the site was down, so I couldn't try again. But now I notice that there are Melody items in my inventory and even some double Melody items. However, I didn't get the achievement prize for going every day, and the achievement is still on 30 / 31... Should I just delete all Melody items or wait for an update about what to do or...?

I know this is a stretch, but would you guys consider leaving the Collections in the Cash Shop until the trees open? I know quite a few people that were waiting to buy them just in case they had been gifted things from the collections :) I don't wanna make someone's gift a double :c

Welcome back! Over 24 hours of downtime and errors is generally an indication that something horrible happened, so I was more worried than frustrated. Hopefully you guys can get it all smoothed out in the next few days and we can have a nice shiny start to the New Year!

I don't have a problem with the downtimes and all. It's just a website and you guys should have your holidays too. But I hope you have a solution for melody around the first downtime (which was on 25th I think). When there is a downtime (even not the whole day) please don't forget the people that actually have to work (even on holidays) and people also have real lifes and are not able to access the site all time.
