I'm going to go ahead and do the 'wait an hour' option because I'm afraid that if I bring him fire items it will somehow make the weapon weaker and I don't want that. I hope this doesn't really affect the plot because options like this always make me so nervous.

PSA for all the people worried about sp and Connor: I got a 30k and a 50k item asked of me by connor so you just have to get lucky.
One tiny nag seeing as I see a bunch of other people doing it. Since we have all been hitting those buttons for moving the plot on all week its really easy to unthinkingly hit it instead of the item which goes against instinct (atleast for me). An "are you sure? there is a wait time" step when hitting the button would have saved a lot of us rash people and penny pinching people.
I'm trying! Sometimes they block all my damage, though. My poor little tier 8, hahah.

I just helped Mathis stoke the fire with a load of Fire Extinguishers. We may have broken the laws of thermodynamics, but it sure was efficient.

I finally have a battle pet that's strong enough to hit a big boss like this, but I feel like I'm doing more harm than good in knocking down her hp. She keeps healing and blocking for me, and every time she blocks I do zero damage. :(

Omg. She is gorgeous!! I was not expecting this as the boss!! Who ever did the art on her, you did a fantastic job, I love her but she looks soooo sad! You can really see how she feels about not being left any offerings. :'( I feel bad that we have to fight her!

So I bought all the items and then accidentally clicked 'give me new items' instead of bringing them to mathis. I'm a lollipop. Oops.
I'm confused...When we talk to Connor do we buy all those items? Or just once? And once we buy them what do we do to turn them in? I clicked give me new items because each one was a few hundred thousand and I thought it would automatically give me new ones. What happens when you do turn the items in? I'm sooo confused!

He asked for all expensive items (potions and elixirs) so I clicked more items and now don't get any. Confusing. Does he always ask for super expensive stuff?
OK...do you have to do both talking to Conner to make something, because I just noticed I can battle as well...are both these steps crucial to battling the big boss?
My favorite part of the boss is making Mathis angry.
A timer display (like we get on the wizard's shop when we buy token items) for how much time we have to wait for clicking the button would be swell. Also pretty sure "a few minutes" is less than 10+ minutes lol.
